ITIL 4 Foundation Certifications

 The ITIL 4 Foundation Certifications introduces a comprehensive model for IT service management, emphasizing an end-to-end Service Value System (SVS) that incorporates Lean IT, Agile, and DevOps concepts to enhance the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of tech-enabled services. 

The ITIL 4 Foundation Certifications Course is tailored for IT professionals seeking education in IT Service Management and insights into delivering business value, as well as those aiming to update their ITIL v3 certification and knowledge. 

Our ITIL 4 Foundation Certifications course is conducted online in a virtual classroom setting over two days, led by our expert instructors. This training is designed to prepare you for the exam that awards the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate. 

Learning Outcome

At the end of your ITIL 4 Foundation Certifications course, candidates will have an understanding of the following:

  • High level overview of the ITIL 4 Service Value System
  • The seven Guiding Principles of ITIL 4
  • ITIL’s new Service Value Chain
  • The four dimensions of Service Management
  • The 34 ITIL practices, with a focus on 15 of these
  • Key concepts from Lean IT, Agile, DevOps, and Organisational Change Management, and why these are important to deliver business value

Exam &Certification

This course readies you for the ITIL 4 Foundation Certifications exam, a 60-minute, 40-question multiple-choice test administered by PeopleCert. A score of 65% is needed to pass. After the course, you'll receive an online exam voucher via email with details on how to register and schedule your exam. The test, including setup and authentication, requires about 90 minutes, and you'll need a photo ID, a quiet space, a webcam, speakers, and a stable internet connection. Exams are available 24/7, allowing you to choose a convenient time. While your voucher is valid for 12 months, it's best to take the exam soon after the course when the material is still fresh.
